I'm not big on talking politics but I'm just looking out for people that do not have health insurance and might not afford the "fine".
Here's what I know. If you don't already have health insurance, you have to sign up for health care at www.healthcare.gov BY TODAY, March 31, 2014. They'll work on what you need and will base it on your income, so they try to make it affordable. If you do not sign up by today, you have to wait until registration opens again in November, and you'll face a tax penalty of $95 or 1% of your annual income, whichever is greater, in 2015 tax season.
Also, there's so much traffic going to this website that they basically bring you to a "waiting room" if you want to sign up or login. I don't recommend waiting on the page, but you can enter your email address and they'll email you a link for when you can register or login. The whole process to just get it is nuts. You also have the ability to call and register at 1-800-318-2596.
A lot of people do not know about this, so try to spread the word to those that you know or care about. I didn't even know about it until late last week. Do what is right for yourself, I guess.

#7 and #10 gone, Sanchez is in... what?
Me being an Eagles fan, I'm highly confused about this offseason but at the same time, I could see what's going on. First they released Michael Vick. I saw that coming. He was great in his first few years with the team and put up huge numbers. The problem became consistency (Nick Foles used to have that problem in his rookie season), decision making and the O line. He didn't seem to click. So then he met up with the NY Jets and sign him to a $4 million deal with a one year contract as the back up, while "releasing" Mark Sanchez.
Next, the Eagles sign Sanchez as Foles' back up for $2.25M deal and a one year contract. This completely blew my mind. In my opinion, Matt Barkley would be a better back up.
Then just yesterday, they release DeSean Jackson.. We have been hearing the rumors for weeks about him being either traded or released, I was hoping it wouldn't happen. They say he may have a ego problem and compair him to T.O. back in 05, but I can almost disagree. He worked very hard last season, better than the previous season when he played for Andy Reid. He set career high numbers and made it to the Pro Bowl for the 3rd time. He proved himself last season. I would have at least given him one more year or before the 6th week deadline to evaluate his talent AND personality. Allegedly he was released for gang affiliation, but I think it may be deeper than that. My opinions!
When it comes down to it, these decisions might have been made because of the salary cap. Think about it. They could have kept Jackson, which would have costed them a big amount. This next season will be interesting....

Just released today, my 30th birthday (LOL), Snow drops her video for her song titled "Doing Fine" on HotNewHipHop.
Just a few weeks ago, she released her video for "F*ck the Rent". This shows a lot of grind and loyal consistency in her passion. When I see her perform, it's very refreshing because of how down to earth she is and how personal she can get with her fans as well as anyone in the crowd. If you don't know who she is, please educate yourself. Very dope lyricism and she can be a true definition of hip hop.
Currently, she is on her first headlining tour called "F*ck Your Plans Come Kick It" where she puts on a great performance as well as interacts with the crowd. If you see the dates, she will be non stop almost everyday for over a month traveling and performing. I highly respect that! Check out the tour dates below!

This remix is definitely a banger though. I personally think that if they make a video for it, it could see more light than the original. So much talent in one song. This remix was also produced by a Grammy award winning producer, Infamous (Infamous' Wikipedia), syncing these two together.

The whole idea of this series was to focus on mostly underground rap and r&b artists that I thought was dope as well as new tracks from known artists. It was also my first mixtape as a Black Wall Street DJ (The Game's label), so I had to throw that in the theme too.
Shout out to all the artists I'm still in contact with, especially Justina. I met her that year when I went to Montclair State University with C Martin. Also, rest in peace to my homie C Martin who died in a tragic car accident in 2008.
Shout out to Justina, DJ Skee, Ru 1 Records, The Game, and DJ Bruce. This mixtape was a start of a great year.

The pain, the suffering, the processes she had to go through, the constant STRONG positivity and smiles she kept to help her self-esteem and confidence going. It all paid off and now she is out in Los Angeles helping other women of all ages battle through what she had to fight.

This is great. One of the greatest Tight Ends to play for the NFL is retiring off of the field but not from the cameras. CBS has announced that they have ditched Shannon Sharpe and Dan Marino of The NFL Today and have hired Gonzalez to join Boomer Esiason, James Brown, and Bill Cowher.

(New Video) Justina - Change a Man
It is here! I have been pushing music from this artist since 2006 when I first met her. She had 2 features on my first "Undercrowned Hustla" mixtape and others to follow after that. I featured her on other things such as mixshows and my radio station from the past "Popular Rhythms". She has been growing for all of these years, developing between hip hop, into R&B, and releasing new music that reminds me of a mix between pop, jazz, swing, hip hop, R&B.... I dont know what to call it but it is catchy, new, and very good tasteful music. Originally from Paterson, NJ, she makes music that ANYBODY worldwide could either relate to or casually listen to at anytime. Which brings up my point that she recently got her own station on Pandora. POW! I'm in the process of creating a mixtape of her best songs throughout all these years so keep a look out for that. It has all the popular genres that you are looking for, even remixes made by other DJs of many of the popular songs fans like. I think I've been a member for the passed 3 years. Very reliable source for any DJ. For example, do you know any songs that you're trying to get but can't find a free HQ download of it? They most likely have it and EVERY version of it plus the remixes.

LL Cool J vs Canibus (Who won?)
For YEARS, people have been bringing this beef up and have had their opinions of who the winner was. Canibus dropped 2nd Round Knockout and LL dropped The Ripper Strikes Back right after answering Canibus. I think they both went hard. But what I have always thought about the whole beef, was how it started in the first place. Canibus did not intentionally diss LL on "4, 3, 2, 1", but LL still didn't want it to go unanswered and dissed Canibus on the same track. CLASSIC!!

Shout out to HotNewHipHop for posting about this! I've used to roll with TDE and affiliates back in 06/07 so I know how they grew. Jay Rock has always had good music but the label didn't promote him right. I've always seen high potential in Kendrick, aka K Dot. I went to a Jay Rock video shoot in the Nickerson Gardens back in 2007 and Dot went IN on this freestyle off the top of his head. Check out that video below the timeline. For a celebrity charity boxing match event, it's going to be Zimmerman vs DMX? Here's a good question: why are they even considering Zimmerman a celebrity in the first place and allowing this to happen? Oh yeah! Media and money aka M&M.
Originally, Zimmerman announced that he was challenging any African American celebrity who wanted to fight. Rappers The Game and DMX announced their challenge and waited for a response. A few days later, Zimmerman threw out a challenge to Kanye West (LMAO!). I don't know what happened to that but today it was announced that he was going to take on DMX. That hasn't been 100% confirmed by DMX's reps though, stating "The boxing match between George Zimmerman and DMX is not officially confirmed. DMX has promised to “beat his ass”, but no contract or paperwork has been signed or agreed to yet. DMX will release an official statement if and when an agreement is made. ~Domenick Nati."
My thoughts on this? It's pretty stupid. I read that Zimmerman has been training for months too... I honestly hope they don't broadcast this on TV. I know a lot of people want to see this but the logic of it is so wrong....

I mean, what was that?? I was disappointed and that game became so boring to me. I knew it was over since the first play of the game! Eli Manning couldn't make not one stunning play.... I meant, Peyton! Seattle's defense kept shutting them down. I think Denver forgot they was playing at the Super Bowl. Then again, I think they hurt that the Super Bowl is a choking hazard. I was not going for anyone but at least a closer game would have been nice. One of my homies was working security at the game, confirmed that there was a lot of Seattle fans aka bandwagon fans. LOL... The weather wasn't an issue which is a good thing. It's just sad that football is over. Now all I have left is Madden....

Today is the big game. If you know me, I'm a HUGE fan of the NFL. If you really know me, you know I cry every season because the Philadelphia Eagles have never won any Super Bowls out of the only two they been in.
Anyway, these two teams playing today definitely deserved it. Denver has Peyton Manning (some are saying he is becoming the G.O.A.T.) as well as a STRONG offense with Wes Welker, Eric Decker, Julius Thomas, Knowshon Moreno, Demaryius Thomas, and don't forget Montee Ball, because he can push through a bunched up defensive line at one 1 yard line.
Then there is Seattle's defense.... Richard Sherman. HAHA!! Okay, seriously though, that defense as well as offense with Russell Wilson, Golden Tate, Doug Baldwin, Zach Miller, Marshawn Lynch.. It's crazy how this team can pull out wins. Reminds me of the Ravens sometimes..

When I started my channel on Pheed, I was "meeting" new people and learning who many of the key people are. Then I came across the "Pheed chain". Makeover...
After a few good years of having the same design and layout, I thought it was time to bust down the old creaky doors of djespee.com. I know, the old design was kind of... blah. Seemed boring and grimy with the "tiled" brick wall style. It isn't crazy LIVE right now, but I am working very hard to change things up. If you haven't noticed, I have added a new banner and background. They might not last too long.
